Producing Field Sales Manager (1099 Independent Contractor) – Colorado Springs

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Producing Field Sales Manager to lead and participate in a high-intensity 20 business day fiber internet sales blitz in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a 1099 independent contractor position for an experienced sales professional who can both manage a team and personally generate sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives during the 20-day campaign
  • Personally generate sales through direct customer interactions and door-to-door canvassing
  • Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews
  • Provide real-time coaching and training to sales agents in the field
  • Monitor team performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all sales processes and customer service standards
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and complex sales situations
  • Recruit and onboard additional sales talent as needed during the campaign
  • Coordinate with corporate team for leads, materials, and administrative support
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance and individual sales activities
  • Potential to transition into permanent B2B Field Sales Manager roles

Compensation Structure

  • Base commission: $200 per completed sale
  • Management override: $50 per team member sale
  • Performance bonuses for exceeding team targets
  • Weekly pay available
  • Potential earnings: $10,000–$25,000+ for the 20-day period

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years field sales management experience (telecom or door-to-door preferred)
  • At least 1 year of telecommunications experience required
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Smartphone with data plan for CRM and communication
  • Must pass a background check
  • Fiber/internet sales experience a plus

Work Schedule

  • 20 business days (including Saturdays)
  • Recommended selling hours: Monday–Saturday, 11 AM – 8 PM
  • Sundays off
  • Optional daily team meetings at 10:30 AM

Note
