Job Overview
Join our high-energy 20 business day fiber internet sales blitz in Colorado Springs! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to sell premium fiber internet services through door-to-door canvassing and lead generation. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations in assigned residential neighborhoods
- Generate leads through canvassing and referral programs
- Present fiber internet service benefits and packages to potential customers
- Complete sales applications and schedule installation appointments
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies
Compensation Structure
- Commission per completed sale: $200
- Contest prizes and spiffs throughout the campaign
- Weekly pay available
- Potential earnings: $4,000–$15,000+ for the 20-day period
Requirements
- Previous door-to-door or direct sales experience required
- Minimum 1 year telecommunications experience required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Comfortable with rejection and maintains a positive attitude
- Physically able to walk extensively and work outdoors
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with data plan for CRM access
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends within prime hours
- Must pass a background check
Work Schedule
- 20 business days (includes Saturdays)
- Recommended selling hours: Monday–Saturday, 11 AM – 8 PM
- Sundays off
- Flexible schedule within recommended hours
